Useful Sublime Text 3 Packages

After using Sublime Text for a while now and having installed several useful packages, I thought I would share them with you:

Mavensmate

Aims to replicate and extend the functionality found in the Eclipse-based Force.com IDE inside Sublime Text. If you are a Salesforce Developer then this is a must.

This packages provides syntax highlighting for .page files. Displays Global variables, Global functions and embedded custom contr

oller attributes. It also has code completion for apex tags like <apex:actionfunction />

Sub­lime­CodeIn­tel

Code intelligence plugin which provides hints for functions, variables, classes, methods etc. Has a nifty little feature where it shows function information in the status bar.

This package is great. It monitors what you are typing and lets you know when you make mistakes. It is modular and therefore you need to install the modules for the languages you want support for xample:

Sublime Function Name Display

This plugin displays the current file, class and function name on the status bar; simple but very useful.
